Our Malbec is a deep purple-red in color and opens with aromas of blackberry and toasty vanilla followed by lush flavors of black plum and blueberry with a hint of brown spice. After night harvesting, its grapes are gently crushed and their juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to fully capture its flavors. It then undergoes malolactic fermentation to foster a rich, smooth mouthfeel before aging for 10 months with a mixture of French and American oak barrels.
