The Snow Ridge Cabernet Noir is our most popular red wine and the best-selling Cabernet in Ontario. A unique blend of Baco Noir, Cabernet and Cabernet Franc this medium-bodied Niagara red features notes of black cherry, cranberry and a hint of vanilla.

Harvested from premium Ontario Vineyards Each variety was fermented and aged separately Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months

Cabernet Noir is our Signature Niagara Wine, crafted from varietals that grow well in Ontario’s cool climate: Baco Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This unique blend displays rich notes of black cherry, black currant and cranberry with a hint of smoke and vanilla on the nose. The palate echoes with notes of freshly crushed blackberry and a slight note of chocolate on the lingering finish.
Food Suggestions:
Pair the Cabernet Noir with a variety of BBQ fares, such as simple hamburgers or T-bone steak seasoned with peppercorns. It also goes great with pizza night!
